Wooded park south of 348th in Federal Way. The north part of the park encloses several residences with feeders, lawns and coniferous shade trees. The remainder is mostly remote-feeling wooded wetlands - hemlock, cedar, Sitka spruce and some Douglas fir with weatherbeaten alders, mostly fairly open with Salmonberry, Indian Plum, Red-osier Dogwood and other deciduous shrubs under the alder and salal under the conifers.
