Partially wild park on the floodplain of Issaquah Creek where it empties into the south end of Lake Sammamish. Habitats include the lake, beaches, lawns and shade trees, stands of willow, marshy fields and cottonwood groves and a few conifers along the stream. Mostly clear, 60F, SW breeze. David and I parked in the north lot, walked over to the beach, then out to the mouth of Issaquah Creek then back along the creek to the car.
